Sodium Hydrosulfide (NaHS) (40% Solutions)

Sodium hydrosulfide (NaHS) in 40% aqueous solution is a clear to pale yellow liquid with a strong, unpleasant odor of hydrogen sulfide (H₂S). It is widely used in industrial applications such as pulp and paper processing, mineral flotation, leather tanning, and chemical manufacturing. The solution contains approximately 40% w/w NaHS, with the remainder being water. 

Additionally, NaHS can act as a reducing agent and a source of sulfide ions, making it effective in processes that require sulfur-based reactivity.
