BITTERSHOT is formulated with an extreme bitter chemical, instantly intolerable upon contact. Sprayed on the face, it triggers an intense, bitter sensation through the nasal cavity and mouth, immediately deterring the assailant. The powerful reaction (including temporary blindness and breathing difficulty) temporarily overcomes the attacker, providing vital minutes for escape or to call for help.

The BITTERSHOT formulation delivers an acute, intense sensation that immediately and severely restrains the attacker. This high-intensity period lasts for one or two minutes, providing the victim a crucial window to disengage, escape, or call for help. The temporary discomfort wears off gradually within one to two hours.

Under test conditions BITTERSHOT has not been proven to be life threatening. It has not been known to cause any permanent or long-term physical damage to the recipient. However, we strongly advise you to use it with caution, and purely for self-defence.
